Job Description:

As a Brand Manager, you will develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility, customer loyalty, and market positioning for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, full-time role (with flexibility for part-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to shape brand identity, manage campaigns, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in driving brand growth and achieving business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to align with business goals and market trends.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Manage brand campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to execute brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including website, social media, and advertising.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in branding and marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
    • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis techniques.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Brand Management Certification, Digital Marketing Certification) are a plus but not required.

70,000–110,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
