Business Development Manager

Job Description
The Business Development Manager at Bunodière Corp. will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex business environments and possess the ability to close high-value deals in diverse industries, ensuring the firm’s expansion and strengthening of its market position.

Job Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities that align with Bunodière Corp.’s expansion plans across global markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and strategy, to create tailored offerings for clients and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Work closely with senior management to set achievable business targets and regularly assess progress against goals.
  • Drive market intelligence, including competitor analysis, to provide insights and adjust business strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage strategic client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, engagement, and long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with the firm’s objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive business proposals and present them to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Manage sales reporting and CRM systems to track progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure the alignment of business development efforts with Bunodière Corp.'s vision and goals.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in a B2B environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • A strong network in industries relevant to Bunodière Corp. with an ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data to clients and senior management.
  • Knowledge of global market trends, with a particular focus on European and North American markets.
  • A proactive approach and a strong drive to achieve company objectives independently.
