Job Description:
As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will lead the financial strategy and operations for portfolio companies and clients, ensuring sustainable growth and financial health. This remote, part-time role (with flexibility for full-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management. You will play a key role in shaping the financial direction of the organization and supporting strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals and growth.

- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance, providing actionable insights.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial leadership or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
