Job Description:

As a Content Strategist, you will develop and execute content strategies to drive engagement, brand visibility, and business growth for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, part-time role (with flexibility for full-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to create impactful content plans that align with business objectives. You will oversee content creation, distribution, and performance analysis, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to support business goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform content planning and messaging.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to produce engaging content across multiple channels (e.g., blog, social media, email, website).
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring high visibility and organic traffic growth.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all content.
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices, incorporating them into strategies.
  • Mentor and guide content creators, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Certification) are a plus but not required.

60,000–90,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
