As a Demand Generation Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to drive leads, pipeline growth, and revenue for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, full-time role (with flexibility for part-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to design and manage multi-channel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive leads and pipeline growth.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing.

- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, emails, and ads for maximum effectiveness.
- Stay updated on demand generation trends and best practices, incorporating them into strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
