Job Description:

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to drive leads, pipeline growth, and revenue for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, full-time role (with flexibility for part-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to design and manage multi-channel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into customers. You will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and achieving measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive leads and pipeline growth.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure lead quality.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, emails, and ads for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on demand generation trends and best practices, incorporating them into strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, Google Ads Certification) are a plus but not required.

80,000–120,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
