Job Description:
As a Marketing Analyst, you will analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaign performance for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, part-time role (with flexibility for full-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to leverage data to drive marketing strategies, improve ROI, and support decision-making. Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social media).
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on marketing analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining clean and organized datasets.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI).
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
