Job Description:

As a Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, part-time role (with flexibility for full-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to shape the marketing vision and deliver impactful results. You will oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and customer acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends, incorporating them into strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with brand management and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification) are a plus but not required.

90,000–140,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
