Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize business operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and growth for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, part-time or full-time role offers the flexibility to work with global teams, enabling you to streamline processes, manage resources, and ensure operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Manage resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology, to achieve operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization.
    • Proficiency in project management and operational tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management) are a plus but not required.

80,000–120,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
