As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize business operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and growth for portfolio companies and clients. Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization.
- Proficiency in project management and operational tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management) are a plus but not required.
