Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative products for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, part-time or full-time role offers the flexibility to work with global teams, enabling you to define product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals and ensure successful product launches.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Create and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve user satisfaction.
- Advocate for user-centric design and ensure products meet both user needs and business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
- Experience with user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and software development processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute) are a plus but not required.
