Project Coordinator

Support project teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting project teams to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, full-time role (with flexibility for part-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure alignment with project goals. You will act as the backbone of project operations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track project progress, update project plans, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues to project managers for resolution.
  • Support the procurement and allocation of project resources, including tools and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain project dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Basic understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMI-ACP) are a plus but not required.

50,000–75,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
