Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead and grow sales teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for portfolio companies and clients. This remote, full-time role (with flexibility for part-time arrangements) offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping the sales direction and ensuring the success of the sales function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Ensure sales processes and practices are efficient, scalable, and customer-focused.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Familiarity with market trends and customer behavior.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Leadership Professional, HubSpot Sales Software) are a plus but not required.

80,000–120,000 USD per year (pro-rated for part-time roles, adjusted for location and experience).
