Job Description:
As a Solutions Architect, you will design and implement end-to-end solutions that align with the technical and business goals of portfolio companies and clients. This remote, part-time or full-time role offers the flexibility to work with global teams, ensuring seamless integration of systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive growth and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions, including cloud infrastructure, applications, and integrations, tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop architecture blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to guide implementation teams.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with development, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams during solution design and implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, incorporating innovative solutions into designs.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in solutions architecture, cloud engineering, or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
- Skills:
- Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Architect certifications are a plus but not required.
