Job Description:

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in expanding Bunodière Corp.'s market reach through strong and mutually beneficial partnerships. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, negotiating high-impact deals, and driving collaboration with industry leaders. The manager will work closely with senior leadership to execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals, ensuring a positive impact on Bunodière’s market presence and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a focus on long-term collaboration.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure strategic partnerships align with the overall vision.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate across departments to align internal resources and ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Track partnership performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Manage contract negotiations and agreements to ensure compliance and mutually beneficial terms.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management and negotiation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in managing complex contracts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging market opportunities.
