As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy for portfolio companies and clients. This Montreal, Canada role offers the opportunity to work with global teams, enabling you to manage inventory, staff, and processes while maintaining smooth warehouse operations. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in warehouse management.
• Prepare and present warehouse reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related role (open to less experienced candidates with strong potential).
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
