A store that starts with a question
Cop brings product discovery and shopping into a connected experience. Our work on Joa adds a conversational path through that store, from describing what a customer wants to reviewing a purchase.
What we built
The web shopping assistant connects to catalog and stock tools, helps customers refine their selection, and carries the chosen items into the cart. Signed-in customers can review an order and continue checkout within the chat, with explicit purchase confirmation and any required bank verification.
The work spans the customer interface and the commerce systems behind it: product information, cart state, delivery details, payment handling and order confirmation.
Designed for a clear next step
Joa helps move the shopping task forward while keeping the customer’s decision visible. A changed total requires an updated review. The interface reports an order as placed only after the checkout system confirms it.
