Bunodière Analytics connects a consenting merchant’s Shopify store to Bunodière’s private agency workspace. Contact j@bunodiere.com about this app, your access or a deletion request.
Information used
The app requests read_reports access. It retrieves store identity, currency, time zone, creation date and aggregate sales reports: total sales, net sales, order counts, average order value and daily totals. It does not request customer profiles, customer addresses, payment credentials or individual order records.
Private agency reporting
Authorized Bunodière team members can view reports for connected clients. Shopify access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Reports and connection records are stored with the Bunodière site on Cloudflare. Reports are refreshed on demand while the workspace or enabled public counter is viewed, normally no more than once per hour per store. A team member can request a refresh sooner.
Optional public sharing
Public sharing requires separate merchant permission and selection by the agency owner. Only an aggregate of participating stores in one currency is returned publicly, with a metric label, store count and reporting timestamps. No store names or individual report rows are published. Where only one store participates, its contribution can be inferred. Different currencies are never added together. Reports older than 24 hours are withheld from the counter.
Retention and removal
Stored reports are replaced with the latest successful snapshot. Disconnecting or a verified Shopify uninstall notice removes access tokens, reports and public sharing immediately. Basic client assignment and an agency audit event may remain for account administration; Shopify’s shop-redaction request removes the app’s remaining store connection records. Expired invitation and authorization sessions are periodically removed. We do not store customer-level records for customer data requests.
Your choices
Use the app’s connection page to revoke public sharing or disconnect. Uninstalling the app from Shopify revokes Shopify access. Contact Bunodière if you need assistance, a copy of the aggregate information held for your store or deletion of a remaining account record.
